Crowrach Bach is 9 miles from Pwllheli and 2 miles from Abersoch.
There is a train service to Pwllheli and a limited bus service from Pwllheli to Bwlchtocyn
which stops at the end of the lane.
Turn right at sign for Porth Ceriad and Crowrach Isaf and Crowrach Bach are the second on the right.
The cottage is approached by tarmac drive with a large tarmac and gravel parking area.
A front door leads into a small hall. The hall, lounge, dining area and kitchen are all on one level.
There is a small step up into the large bathroom with an electric shower and bath.
The bedroom is not spacious but has a double bed, double wardrobe, shelves, dressing table, stool and chair.
There is a low beam at the entrance to the lounge which is well lit with wall, ceiling lights and a standard lamp. There is an electric fire in addition to central heating, two armchairs, remote controlled TV and a radio and C D player.
From the lounge, two steps lead down into the double glazed conservatory and a handrail on each side.
Outside the conservatory there are three steps up into the cottage garden with a lawn surrounded by flowerbeds. Garden furniture is provided which can be sited on a gravelled area or grass. Beyond the cottage garden there are sloping grass paths leading to the large garden which has beautiful views over the coast and mountains.
